TREE CAMP

                           RESERVATIONS

***Please print and keep this page.

1.  Using the email address on my contact page, please provide the following information (or you may phone me if you like):
    a. your full name
    b. home and work (or cell) telephone numbers
    c. desired date for Tree Camp
    d. number of places requested

2. Confirmation.  Riverdave will return your email (or  phone call) to confirm your reservation. You will be provided with a ground mailing address and asked to place a check in the mail within 24 hours for the full amount to cover yourself or your group.

3. My Cancellation Policy.  Once you have sent in your reservation check, I watch the weather carefully as weather conditions can vary greatly in different parts of the Triangle.  If I decide that a scheduled day of Tree Camp needs to be canceled due to a forecast of a wash-out day of rain (our only  reason for canceling), I will telephone you beforehand and notify you of the cancellation. In such a case, you will have the choice of rescheduling or having your check torn up.  But Riverdave, only, is the one who makes the decision about the weather. If you do not hear from me on your scheduled day of Tree Camp, that means I have determined that the weather is such that it will allow for Tree Camp and I expect you to be at our meeting point on time. In such a case, those who don't show up will not be eligible for a refund or to have their checks torn up.

Please note that on the morning of tree camp I will be waiting for you at the designated site, but without any telephone for you to contact me.  So please plan for a 8:55 AM arrival, as our group will be departing promptly at 9 AM for the woods! I will not be able to receive any last minute phone calls from, or wait for, those straggling in late.

Also note that Riverdave does not cancel a Tree Camp session because of unusually hot or cold weather, triple digit heat index days or air quality action days.
